It's easy to switch to a new Telecom Broadband plan if you find your current plan no longer meets your needs. You can also change your plan options to alter what happens when you go over your data allowance.

There's no cost to change your Telecom Broadband plan or settings, and the change should be effective within 48 hours. You can have one change per calendar month.
To confirm the change has taken place please check the broadband usage meter.
If you are in the middle of an offer period for your broadband plan, please check the broadband offer terms and conditions to see whether you can keep the offer if you change your broadband plan.
All you need to do is choose a plan or new setting and complete the relevant online form. You can change your plan online – you’ll just need to have your Telecom account number handy.
