The speed test results may vary depending on a number of factors including:

• Your computer's processing power and operating system
• How busy the network is
• Whether you're sharing your broadband connection with others

For the best results close all applications and windows to make sure you're not uploading or downloading data at the same time. This includes instant messaging, file sharing, Internet calling, video's, and music.

If you have a wireless router then please run the speed test from a computer connected to your router via an Ethernet cable (wired connection) rather than a wireless link.
