VIEW MY BROADBAND USAGE
Control costs and avoid any bill surprises
All of our Business Broadband (20GB – 200GB) plans have unthrottled downstream and upstream speeds. This means we don’t place an artificial speed cap on the downstream and upstream speed of the plans and there are no throttles put in place when you use up the monthly data allowance.
To ensure that you know where you are at and that there are no surprises we suggest you register for MyTelecom to keep an eye on your usage
Within MyTelecom you can:
- Take a look at the broadband usage meter to see how much data you have used at any point in the month.
- Sign up for usage alerts and we’ll send you an email if you’re getting close to your monthly included data. We will also email you if you use your entire monthly included data.
Business customers who have a Client Manager are not eligible for MyTelecom but can still check their usage, using their Xtra user name, here.
