Get the software

The software is available as a free down-load. It comes bundled with the tutorial and sample data to give you a true hands-on experience. If you then decide to buy, simply fill in the on-line order form and we will then add the cost of the software to your Telecom bill, and start sending you your own call and bill data.

If you are an existing Vision customer please follow the steps outlined in the Vision installation document (34KB DOC) BEFORE installing the new version of Vision available below.

Limited use Software Licence Agreement The terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to the Software and Information supplied herewith and derivatives obtained therefrom, including any copy. The term "Software" includes programs and related documentation supplied herewith. "Information" includes all data provided with or for the use with the software. If you have executed a separate agreement covering the software supplied herewith, such software agreement will govern. 1. Title and licence grant The Software is copyrighted and/or contains proprietary information protected by law. The Software and the Information, and all copies thereof, are and will remain the sole property of Telecom or its suppliers. Telecom hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use, in New Zealand, all Software and the Information in whatever form recorded, which is furnished to you under or in contemplation of this Agreement. Any other use of this Software or the Information contained therein or removal of the Software or the Information from a country in which use is licensed shall automatically terminate this licence. Use of the Software and the Information anywhere except in New Zealand subject to Telecom's consent which may be withheld for any reason and which may in addition to the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement, be subject to the terms and conditions of a separate written agreement signed by the user. You agree to use your best efforts to see that any user of the Software licensed hereunder complies with the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement and refrains from taking steps, such as reverse assembly or reverse compilation, to derive a source code equivalent of the Software. 2. Software and Information use A: You are permitted to make a single archive copy, provided the Software shall not be otherwise reproduced, copied or disclosed to others, in whole or in part. Any such copy shall contain the same copyright notice and proprietary marking, including diskette markings, appearing on the original Telecom Vision product. B: The Software and Information 1: together with any archive copy thereof, shall be either returned to Telecom or destroyed when no longer used in accordance with this Licence Agreement, or when the right to use the Software in terminated; and 2: shall not be removed from a country in which use is licenced. C: In order to protect the privacy of other Telecom customers, you agree that if you use the Information to identify any subscriber or caller who is an individual, or to obtain other information about any individual, you will comply with the Privacy Act 1993 in doing so. You also agree not to use or disclose information about that individual in a way that would breach the Privacy Act. 3. Exclusive remedies and limitation of liabilities A: To the full extent permitted by law any conditions or warranties imposed by law are excluded. B: You agree that your sole remedy against Telecom, its related companies, contractors, suppliers and agents for loss or damage caused by any defect or failure in the Software regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort, including negligence, strict liability or otherwise, shall be replacement of Telecom furnished Software or the correction of faults in the Software at Telecom's exclusive option. Provided such Software and the Information is returned to Telecom. This shall be exclusive of all other remedies against Telecom, its affiliates, contractors, suppliers or agents. C: You acknowledge that no promise, representation or warranty or undertaking has been made or given by Telecom or any person or company on its behalf in relation to the profitability of or any other consequences or benefits to be obtained from the delivery or use of the Software or the Information and any accompanying Telecom supplied hardware, manuals and written materials. You have relied upon you own skill and judgement in deciding to acquire the Software, Information and any accompanying hardware, manuals and written materials for use by you. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and Telecom in relation to the supply of the Information and any accompanying hardware, manuals and written materials from Telecom. D: Telecom does not warrant that the functions of the Software will meet your requirements or that the Software operation will be continuous or fault free. E: Except as and to the extent that it is herein before provided, under no circumstances shall Telecom or any related company be liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation any loss of profit, indirect consequential or incidental loss, damage or injury) arising from the supply or use or inability to use the Software, the Information and any accompanying hardware and written materials or any failure by Telecom or any related company to perform any obligation to observe any terms of this agreement. The Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. 4. Software acquired for business purposes You agree that you are acquiring the Software and Information for the purposes of a business as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. The provisions of the Act do not apply to the supply of these services to you. You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and understand it, and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. Your further agree that, except for separate written agreements between Telecom and you, this Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the rights and liabilities of the parties. This Agreement supersedes all prior oral agreements, projects or understandings, and any other communications between us relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

You must follow the steps outlined in the Vision installation document (34KB DOC) if you are upgrading, otherwise you will lose your existing Vision data.

Download the set up file to a temporary directory on your computer. When the file has been downloaded, unzip the file, double-click on the vision_setup.exe file it contains, and follow the simple installation instructions.

Get the latest software update

We are constantly striving to ensure that the Telecom Vision software remains amongst the very best of its kind in the world. To that end we occasionally send out update files, which are posted here for your convenience. At the moment the latest update is to Version 8.50 (56 KB)

ATTENTION: please only apply the update if your version of Vision is 8.00 or higher.

1. Download the vupdate.nnn (where nnn - is a patch number) file into the directory with your data update compressed files.
2. Run the Integrated Vision version 8.xx.
3. Using Data Manager, select company (your company).
4. On the Main Menu, click "New Data".
5. Click "Select Source Directory" and select the directory where your vupdate.8xx and data files are.
6. Click "Start Data Load".
7. When prompted, click "Yes" to confirm the software update.
