How much does it cost?
There are two costs associated with a Second Line:
- Installation: You will pay an installation fee to install your second line. Call 123 for more information
- Monthly rental: Call 123 for more information.
What happens when you request a Second Line
- We'll send a Telecom contractor to your house to arrange your installation
- The contractor will advise you if any additional installation charges would apply, for example if additional work is required on your property to connect your Second Line
- You'll then have the opportunity to confirm whether you wish to proceed
- In the case where additional work is required, you're under no obligation and if you decide not to proceed, the contractor's visit is free
