How do International Business 0800 numbers work?

Service overseas markets without having to establish an office in another country. Make it easy for them to call you and your phone is more likely to ring.

There are two types of International Business 0800 for you to choose from.

Inbound International 0800

Provide an International 0800 number for customers or staff answered in New Zealand. This service is available from 40 countries, or you can set up a Universal International Freephone Number, which can be standard across different countries.

Choose for calls to come through to your phone, fax, mobile, Message Manager. Calls are billed straight to your phone bill.

Outbound International 0800

If you have offices in different countries, you can make the most of time differences by having your International 0800 calls forwarded to another country after hours. All you have to do is set up an International 0800 number in New Zealand, which is answered overseas.

This service is available for any of the 255 countries and territories with which we operate a Direct Dial service.

How much?

Application fee for Universal International Freephone Number -$225.00 excl GST (there is no application fee for Standard Inbound international 0800, however a $50 fee applies to Standard Outbound International 0800)
Minimum usage fee per country - $35.00 a month (excl GST)
All calls are charged at standard business Direct Dial rates

Commit to a 12-month contract and save up to $180

Reduce your minimum monthly usage fee to just $20.00 when you commit to a 12-month contract on your International 0800 line. This includes Inbound and Outbound 0800 Lines as well as Universal International Freephone Numbers. Special conditions apply.
