A. Our reference

This is the reference we use when work is actioned or new products/services purchased. Please quote this number when making inquiries.

B. Date reference

Please check your dates carefully. They cover your rental items from the date you joined Telecom to the date your bill is printed plus an additional one month advance rental fee. This occurs because Telecom charges for rental one month in advance.
Subsequent bills will only have one month's charges. Part charges may also apply to new services added.

C. Rental summary

You can choose to see your rentals detailed for each line, or you may elect to summarise this information.

D. Names and descriptions

You can attach names or descriptions to each line number on your Telecom bill.
