Making your billing request online

Below is a list of some of the most common billing requests we receive. Each has a handy link to an online query form , so that you can contact us quickly and easily.

Change GST display on account

You may choose to have the GST component of your bill shown as a separate total or included on each item on your bill. Use this form to request your choice of GST Display.

Change of postal address

Use this form to request a change to the postal address for your Telecom bill.

Change billing cycle

The date on which your account is due is referred to as your billing cycle. If you would like to change the date of your billing cycle use this query form.

Disconnect a telephone number form

If you need your phone number disconnected, use this query form.

Post me a copy of a previous account

Use this query form if you would like us to post you a copy of a previous account. There is a fee of $4.44 plus GST for each copy requested.
