Testing
Where you have booked a conference through the video conference booking centre, Telecom requires the testing and registration of ALL private sites prior to a video conference.
If the private facility is unable to make themselves available for testing or does not carry out test calls as instructed, Telecom will accept no responsibility should a fault occur and all charges will be passed on to the requestor in full. Further, if Telecom discovers any connectivity issues during such testing the requestor will be advised. If the requestor decides to proceed with the video conference, Telecom accepts no responsibility should a fault occur and all charges will be passed on to the requestor in full.
