Pick up faxes when and where you want to with FaxAddress. One quick call and you can direct faxes to print on a fax machine near you or forward urgent faxes direct to friends and family or businesses.

How FaxAddress works
FaxAddress receives and stores your faxes in a 'mailbox'. FaxAddress will notify you on your mobile phone or pager of new faxes as they arrive. You can direct faxes to print out on any fax machine or compatible PC anytime, anywhere - even overseas.
You can even retrieve your faxes if you don't have the number of the fax machine you want to print your faxes to. Call your mailbox from that fax machine. FaxAddress will recognise the connection and send faxes through.
Prioritise and organise faxes easily. FaxAddress lists the fax number, date and time each fax is received and whether or not they are marked 'urgent'.
Access your FaxAddress mailbox using any touchtone or mobile phone. No special equipment is required.
How much?
These prices include GST.
One-off set up fee - $35.78
Rental - $10.21 a month.
Receive faxes: $0.40 a page.
Notifications
Text to a Telecom mobile phone - 5 cents a text or $3.02 (including GST) per month for an unlimited number of Fax Alerts
To a Telecom pager - $0.20 for each notification.

Things you should know
Telecom requires 30 days notice of cancellation of FaxAddress. This means the usual charges will continue to apply for 30 days after the date you cancel your service, even if it is disconnected within that period (there will be some exceptions). For some existing customers, as separately advised, this requirement applies from 1 January 2004. Where you have agreed to take this Smartphone service for a minimum period, charges for this service will continue to apply until the end of that period.

How to get it
To purchase FaxAddress please complete this online form. Please note, that in some cases this service may not be available or is limited due to area network constraints and incompatibility with other products and services. If this applies to you, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to discuss an alternative solution.
