Lost or stolen mobile phone or data device?
If your Telecom mobile or O2 GSM loan phone is lost or stolen while you are overseas contact the International Roaming Helpdesk on +64 3 371 0866 immediately to block your phone.

If you don't do this immediately, you will be responsible for paying for all calls made until the block has been placed on the phone - simply putting a security code on the phone may not prevent someone being able to make calls from the handset.
