  • SmartBusiness Talk and Divert: Helps control how contactable you are and makes it easier for customers, suppliers and staff to reach you anytime, anywhere.

SmartBusiness Talk

For just $4.95 (excluding GST) per month, your business can access these four handy Smartphone services which make call management simple and easy:

  • Call Waiting - when you're on a call and would like to know if someone else is trying to get through
  • 3 Way Calls - when you want to save time and travel costs by conducting a meeting over the phone with two other people
  • Auto Callback - when you need to contact someone whose line was busy or unanswered, Auto Callback keeps trying the busy line and rings you back ready to connect, once the line is free.
  • Last Number Redial - when you need to redial the same number you dialled last

SmartBusiness Divert & Talk


For just $8.95 (excluding GST) per month, you get six Smartphone services:

  • Call Diversion & Remote Divert - when you want to redirect your incoming calls to a mobile or landline number of your choice, and manage your diversion from almost anywhere
  • Call Waiting - when you're on a call and would like to know that someone else is trying to get through
  • 3 Way Calls - when you want to save time and travel costs by conducting a meeting over the phone with two other people
  • Auto Callback - when you need to call back that person whose line was busy or unanswered earlier
  • Last Number Redial - when you need to redial the same number you dialled last

Things you should know

There is no fixed-term contract with SmartBusiness Talk. However, we require 30 days' notice of cancellation of SmartBusiness Talk. This means the usual charges will continue to apply for 30 days after the date you cancel the service, even if it is disconnected within that period.

Smartphone services are available in most areas and require a touch-tone phone. See the individual service pages for further details specific to each Smartphone service, such as compatibility, availability and call charges. SmartBusiness Talk applies to standard Telecom business lines only, excludes Centrex and all ISDN.
