Auto Callback
How Auto Callback works
You can use Auto Callback on up to three numbers at a time. It monitors the numbers for 30 minutes and, if the callback isn't successful in this time, it cancels automatically.
Auto Callback only calls you back once. If your line's busy or you don't answer, it cancels the callback for that number.
How much?
Auto Callback may only be purchased as part of our SmartBusiness packages.
Things you should know
Auto Callback requires a touchtone phone and is exclusive to SmartBusiness customers. SmartBusiness packages are available on Telecom standard business lines only, and excludes Centrex and all ISDN lines.
Any number Auto Callback checks must be on the Telecom network.
If the number you're calling has Call Minder, and Auto Callback has been initiated (prior to Call Minder picking up), then Auto Callback will be answered by their Call Minder.
If you have Call Minder activated on your line and you initiate Auto Callback, but then make or receive another call, Auto Callback will cancel "noticing" you're busy and will not pass your call onto Call Minder.
