Setting up online will take about 5-10 minutes.

Please read the following important information before you join online to make sure everything goes smoothly with your application.

What happens next?

  • We'll send you an email confirming we have received your application straight away


  • We will be in touch again via email within 4 working hours to provide the following information:
    • Your new phone number(s)
    • If relevant, a confirmed time when a service person will come round to get your business line/s and services connected (only required if there is no service at your new location)

  • Within the first month you will receive a welcome pack in the mail, as well as a call to make sure everything is running smoothly


  • We will advise of any connection charges which will be billed to your first Telecom account

Joining from overseas?

You will need a New Zealand business address before you can apply for a business line. Once you have your street address, you can either join online or call 126 from 7.30am - 7.00pm Monday to Friday.
