Cost Management Product Suite
The Cost Management Product Suite enables business clients to analyse their Telecom bill online, delivering visibility and options to manage their telecommunications costs. The following 3 packages make up the Cost Management Product suite:
- Cost Manager Summary - Suitable for small to medium sized customers, this standard feature enables a single user to consolidate accounts and run a set of standard reports
- Cost Manager Monthly - Suitable for most Gen-i clients, Cost Manager Monthly is an advanced version of Cost Manager Summary. It enables the user to perform in-depth analysis of their monthly telecommunications costs with additional functionality like report ordering, sales calling performance
- Online Invoice - This can replace the existing Telecom paper bill. This will be set up as the default option for new customers to Telecom and Cost Management Products. In the case of existing Cost Management customers, there will be the option to retain their paper bill or take the Online Invoice. By law, we are unable to deliver both the PDF Invoice and the Paper Invoice
