Billing Analyst

Billing Analyst includes all the functionality of Billing Summary, as well as a number of powerful additional features.

Billing Analyst allows you to

• Monitor calling patterns
• Quickly access and view 16 predefined summary reports
• Quickly access and view 6 predefined detailed reports
• View all reports in graph format
• Export reports (.csv, .pdf or .xml format) and graphs (.jpg or .png format)
• Easily access all of these features online
• Mark-up calls for re-billing
• View and edit standard reports and graphs and/or create new reports and graphs to meet specific business requirements
• Create and manage multiple hierarchies and unlimited tiers
• Create custom descriptions and account codes
• Use smart filtering options to find only the data you are after, e.g. the most expensive calls
• Allocate expenses as desired, e.g. by cost centre or location
• Perform complex call detail data mining and analysis
• Add additional users to share the allocation responsibilities of the phone bill, or undertake the reporting needs of their department
• Define the access levels of users to a level of the hierarchy, particular reports and administration rights

Pricing

Note: Customer contracts entered into prior to 1 March 2008 will remain in place and those customers will continue to pay the contracted price for Billing Analyst until contract end. A disconnection fee of $250 will apply if the contract is terminated early. At contract end the monthly rental for Billing Analyst will be adjusted to the rates shown above.

The person who subscribes to BillView Online will become the administrator for the organisation and get full access to all BillView Online features, including a view of all the Telecom accounts held by the organisation.

Since some information may be commercially sensitive, and to ensure that only an authorised person is made administrator, a senior member of your organisation will approve this - as part of the registration process which is fast and easy.
