Benefits you'll receive
When you join the Graduate Leadership Development Programme you'll get the best start to your career possible. You'll also get heaps of great benefits that all of us here at Telecom enjoy.
Rewards and recognition
"I'm working with world-class performers in a fast-paced environment."
Telecom prides itself on offering competitive pay rates and rewarding individual and company performance.
We offer annual incentive schemes linked to the achievement of company, business unit and individual success measures. Annual remuneration reviews ensure we stay competitive in the wider market and that employees are rewarded for performing well.
We understand the importance of regular non-financial recognition and so we promote the use of our "Being Your Best" programme to reward individual achievement.
Mentors and buddies
Our Organisation Development team will guide you through the two-year programme. They'll talk to you about your plans and ambitions, help you find your rotations, organise your training and development and support you while you're here.
You'll be given a mentor who'll be a senior member of the Telecom team. He or she will guide you through your rotations and talk with you about your progress and development during regular catch-ups. These people are the leaders within our business. They're well connected across Telecom, so you'll be put in touch with the right people and your networking will get a kick-start.
You get a Graduate Buddy too. This is someone who's already been in the programme a year, so they can help you get the most out of it.
