What is it?

Call Waiting lets you know if someone is trying to reach you when you are on the phone
It is the perfect solution for a busy household or home business

Call Waiting is $4.04 a month (including GST) or
$2.55 a month (including GST) if you have an Anytime, a Total Home package or Homeline home phone plan and all your direct dial calling with Telecom

If you're on the phone and another caller phones in, you'll hear four short beeps
Switch from one call to the other simply by pressing the 'recall' button

Call Waiting requires a touchtone phone and is available in most areas.

Telecom requires 30 days notice of cancellation of this Smartphone service. This means the usual charges will continue to apply for 30 days after the date you cancel your service, even if it is disconnected within that period
