Caller Display
Know who's calling before you answer
Caller Display shows you the phone number of the person calling. Use it to manage your incoming calls and improve customer service. You can tailor your greeting or get the information you need before you answer.
Achieve faster, more efficient call handling by linking Caller Display with your computer database. Caller Display automatically matches the caller's number against your database, so their details are displayed on a computer screen as the call comes in.
Analyse your market using the information you collect with Caller Display. You can, for example, check calling patterns by region or time of day.
How Caller Display works
Choose one of
three types of Caller Display connections:
- A Caller Display compatible
telephone
- A separate display unit attached
to your existing phone. These run on batteries and have to be connected to a
telephone jackpoint. Some units also need to run off a mains power supply
-
Integrate Caller Display with your computer system.
You will need the appropriate software and modem
When a call
comes through, check your Caller Display screen to see the caller's phone
number. If you're not ready or can't take a call, let it divert to
Call Minder or
Message
Manager, so callers can leave a voice recorded message.
