What is it?

InfoAnswer gives your customers detailed pre-recorded information when you can't talk to them. Set InfoAnswer to take all your calls or choose how long to wait before InfoAnswer switches in so you've got time to personally answer calls if you want. Ideal service for managing high volume general inquiries or for managing a special campaign or offer.

How does it work?

  • If you receive a large number of routine inquiries from customers - like your business hours, services or schedule times - record an InfoAnswer message and give your customers accurate, consistent information
  • Save time - InfoAnswer answers calls when you can't
  • It's secure - use your assigned InfoProvider number to access InfoAnswer and record your message (up to 10 minutes)
  • Use the personal assistance feature and callers just press 0 to be transferred to a person
  • Update your message or turn InfoAnswer on and off whenever you want from any touchtone phone - update daily schedules or timetables easily
  • Don't make customers wait for basic information - set how many rings (between 0 and 9) before InfoAnswer responds
  • Provide good customer service - set up personal assistance so callers can press 0 to be transferred to a person if they need more help
  • It's easy to set up - no special equipment is required
