Cut down on time spent reconciling bills when you're on-charging national and international calls to clients or coding calls to different departments. Your monthly Telecom account groups calls and faxes under each Call Track code so your reconciliation is done for you.

Customise Call Track to your business needs


  • Allocate descriptions to each code which will show on your monthly account in date order
  • Choose to include or exclude local calls, calls diverted from your business, operator-assisted and international calls
  • Use a voice or tone to prompt users to enter the relevant Call Track code when they make a call
  • Change Call Track codes any time
  • Set up Call Track as a mandatory or optional system

How much?
 
Installation of CallTrack is free. You will be charged monthly depending on the number of codes you use to a maximum of $31.50 per month.

Things you should know

Call Track is not yet available in all areas or in combination with some of our other services, such as Centrex and VPN Service. Call Track requires a touchtone phone and can be used with most faxes and modems that allow you to programme a pause into the auto dialler.

Currently, Call Track is not compatible with these services

  • Operator Calls
  • Calls to an 0800 Number
  • 0161 calls
  • Voice Mail /Call Minder free mailbox access numbers
  • Calling Card calls
  • Direct Connect

Telecom requires 30 days notice of cancellation of this Smartphone service. This means the usual charges will continue to apply for 30 days after the date you cancel your service, even if it is disconnected within that period. For some existing customers, as separately advised, this requirement applies from 1 January 2004. Where you have agreed to take this Smartphone service for a minimum period, charges for this service will continue to apply until the end of that period.

How to get it

To purchase Call Track please complete this online form. Please note, that in some cases this service may not be available or is limited due to area network constraints and incompatibility with other products and services. If this applies to you, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to discuss an alternative solution.
