How to make a call or send a fax using Call Track

Call Track will prompt you to enter the code by either a voice prompt ("please enter your Call Track number") or a tone prompt (three short beeps). You can enter the number before the prompt is finished.

The call or fax is connected if the Call Track number is correct. You'll be given three chances to enter the correct Call Track number - after that it is disconnected.

Call Track Optional - press # at any time during or after the Call Track prompt to bypass the service.
