How to retain paper invoices

Online Invoice is the most convenient way to receive and view your Telecom invoice. You can access your last 12 invoices from anywhere and at anytime by logging into Cost Manager. You can also analyse your invoice information online.

When you register for Cost Manager you will be automatically subscribed to online invoicing. This means that you will no longer receive paper invoices. However, should you wish to retain paper invoices, you will need to update your account settings in Cost Manager. With paper invoices you will still be able to view and run reports, however, you will not be able to down load your tax invoice.

  1. Login to Cost Manager
  2. Click on SETUP



  3. Under User Profiles and select Paperless Billing



  4. Check the tick box against the accounts you want to change
  5. Select Set to Paper Billing above the table of accounts



  6. Select Yes when asked to confirm the change to paper billing
  7. Please note that the tree symbol indicates that your account is on Online Invoice and the page symbol indicates that your account is on Paper billing. You can also change back to online invoice (paperless billing) following the same steps and selecting 'Set to Paperless Billing'.

The change to paper billing will take effect from your next bill run, providing that the request is submitted three working days prior to the bill run date. Changes submitted less than three working days from the bill run date will take effect the following month.
