Spark will prevent email traffic bypassing Spark's anti-virus and anti-spam filters by filtering email that is sent using Port 25.This measure is to reduce to the amount of spam being received or sent by Spark customers.

Spark reserve the right to filter or block all Port 25 traffic for all customers. However, at its discretion it may allow certain customers to access Port 25 if they have demonstrated that they have legitimate reason to use Port 25, will not use it or allow it to be used for the purpose of sending bulk emails, spam, viruses, worms or any other content which offends, hinders, harasses, reduces the enjoyment of, or damages the internet experience or any associated devices, of any other internet user.

Users must also undertake to employ sufficient security measures to prevent infection or remote access to their connection which may result in it being used for any of the above purposes and agree to continue to be bound by Spark terms and conditions when doing so.

Spark expressly reserves the right to filter or block Port 25 for all customers at anytime with no additional notice.
