Telecom terms and conditions form part of our Agreement with you. They detail things like the circumstances in which services could be suspended or restricted, the altering of terms, use of personal information, and limitations or exclusions of liability, and explain what we can do for you.

We have standard service definitions for each service we provide. Some services also have specific service levels and additional terms such as disclaimers or exclusions of liability. These service definitions, service levels and terms form part of our Agreement and describe our obligations to you, including situations where our obligations are limited or do not apply.

Terms and Conditions for Medium-sized and Corporate customers that signed a Telecom Business Agreement after 1 July 2005
