Telecom Security Suite Terms

What does the security suite cost?

The Telecom Security Suite is FREE for your first licence.

Eligible Telecom Internet customers will get a FREE copy of Telecom Security Suite (usually worth $7.95 a month) and free upgrades for as long as they're an eligible Telecom Internet account holder. Additional licences are also available for $7.95 per licence per month. Each computer or laptop requires an individual software licence, but an eligible Telecom Internet account holder can purchase up to 5 licences on their account.

How will I be charged?

Once you have subscribed to the Telecom Security Suite, the monthly subscription charge will appear on your Telecom account as a miscellaneous charge under the Xtra section of your Telecom bill. The Telecom Security Suite is charged one month in advance. A one off pro-rata charge will appear on your first account for the period between when you subscribed to the new service and the end of your monthly billing cycle with Xtra.

You may cancel your subscription to the Telecom Security Suite through the 'Maintain Suite' function on www.telecom.co.nz/security. If you cancel your subscription part way through a billing cycle that month's subscription charge will remain payable, unless we choose to waive part of this charge.

What Terms Apply?
