Welcome to our new site!
Our website was already a popular place to be - hundreds of thousands of our customers already visited it each month to get stuff done and check out what’s new.
So, why the change? Well, for one thing, it's been nearly 10 years since the last major website overhaul, and it was starting to look a little dated.
More importantly though, you've been telling us loud and clear you want a website with a cleaner design that’s simpler and faster to get around.
And that's what we've aimed to deliver.
Is that it?
Not by a long shot. It's the first step in a much bigger piece of work to put more of our services online and make them really simple to use. For example, we know the experience of using Your Telecom isn't all it could be, and that's next on our list to improve.
