You must be the account holder or be listed as an account authority to make requests.

We need to ask you some questions to enable us to complete a credit assessment on you.

Please note that this information may be passed onto a credit reporting agency and service is conditional on the outcome. Credit reporting agencies may include credit checks and any defaults in payment to Telecom in their database and share this information with others who wish to conduct a credit check on you.

You are welcome to request to see a copy of the information held about you at any time, and if you believe any of the details are inaccurate, you can request that they be corrected.

While it's not compulsory to answer the following questions, if you don't provide answers, or the information you do supply is inaccurate or misleading we may not be able to provide our service to you.

We may need to make enquiries to confirm the information you provide is correct and we may use the information you provide to locate you if you do not meet any of your obligations to us.

A copy of our Terms and Conditions will be sent to you, and if any further information is required our Credit department will be in contact.
