I'm going to ask you some questions as part of a credit assessment. Whilst it's not compulsory to answer them, providing service is conditional on the outcome of the assessment.
Please note that your information may be passed onto credit reporting agencies in order to help detect instances of fraud. Credit reporting agencies may include credit checks, your repayment history and any defaults in payment to Telecom in their database and share this information with others who wish to conduct a credit check on you.
We'll keep this information, in case we need to be in touch with you or if you do not meet your obligations to us. You're welcome to request a copy of this at any time, and you can always request a correction of any details you think are inaccurate.
How do I request a copy of my information?
