Telecom terms and conditions apply to the use of Freedom. To be eligible for Freedom, you must be a Telecom residential home line customer and have all of your direct dial calling with Telecom (including national, international and home-to-mobile calling).
Freedom applies to direct dial calls to Telecom mobiles. Excludes calling cards, and 059 calls. Not compatible with Call Diversion or Customer Link. Freedom is not available to Dual Account customers.
By subscribing to Freedom you accept that your number, even if it is confidential, will be shared with each nominated mobile.
There is a monthly subscription charge of $10 payable by the Telecom home line customer for each Telecom mobile nominated. Up to five Telecom mobiles may be nominated per home phone account. This entitles the Telecom residential home line customer to make as many calls as they like, anytime of the day, during that billing cycle to the nominated Telecom mobile.
Each nominated Telecom mobile will also be entitled to make as many calls as they like, anytime of the day, during the home line billing cycle to the Freedom subscriber free of charge. Freedom does not apply to international roaming mobiles, and normal call charges will apply when calling to or from a roaming Telecom mobile. Does not apply to operator assisted and directory related numbers.
Calls can be made at any time but each call can not last longer that 60 minutes. Normal calling charges will apply after 60 minutes. These will be charged to the number which originated the call at the rate applicable at the time the call was placed.
Direct dial calls from your home phone are charged minute plus minute. A one minute minimum charge applies per call.
Freedom may not be cancelled and no changes may be made within the first 30 days/billing cycle. Telecom considers the use of more than 25 changes per nominated mobile per billing cycle on Freedom to be excessive. Where you are in breach of this Reasonable Usage Policy, we may ask you to moderate your usage. If you then fail to do so, we reserve the right to remove the service from your account.
Telecom considers the use of more than 10,000 minutes per nominated mobile per month on Freedom to be excessive. Where you are in breach of this Reasonable Usage Policy, we may ask you to moderate your usage. If you then fail to do so, we reserve the right, without further notice to you, to charge you for the excessive element of your usage at the applicable calling rate of your plan and/or remove the service from your account.
