mTopup Terms and Conditions

  • Your use of the mTopup™ service is governed by your Telecom Mobile Services Agreement, any agreement you may have with your financial services provider and these terms. By registering for mTopup™ you accept these terms
  • The Telecom mTopup™ service is a Related Service as defined in your Mobile Services Agreement
  • Your bank determines the minimum age requirement to hold a transactional bank account
  • You must not use or permit the use of the Telecom mTopup™ service in whole or in part for any purpose, whether legal or illegal, other than as specifically intended. Telecom reserves the right to suspend or restrict your use of the Telecom mTopup™ service if it reasonably believes that you are using the service in a manner contrary to these terms and conditions or not as specifically intended
  • To the extent allowed by law, Telecom will not be liable for any loss or expense you suffer as a result of using the Telecom mTopup™ service or due to any act or omission of any third party, including your financial services provider
  • Telecom may vary these terms at any time without notice
