What else you should know...

  • Telecom Anytime is subject to a 30 day minimum term
  • Our Standard Terms for Residential Customers apply to Telecom Anytime plan customers
  • To be eligible for an Anytime plan, you must be a Telecom residential home line customer and have all your direct dial calling with us (including national, international and home-to-mobile calling).
  • Our Anytime plan calling rates apply to direct dial voice calls from your home phone. They exclude 0161, 059 and calling card calls. National per minute rates exclude calls to mobiles. National and international capped rates also exclude calls to mobiles. Special per minute rates apply for calls to some international mobiles.
  • Our Telecom Anytime national, international and home-to-mobile calling rates are applicable at any time, regardless of previous peak or off-peak restrictions
  • Direct dial national calls from your home phone are charged minute plus minute. A one minute minimum charge applies per call
  • Direct dial international calls from your home phone are charged for the first minute then per second. A one minute minimum charge applies per call
  • Excess minutes are charged at the applicable Anytime per-minute national rate if a national call exceeds our two-hour Anytime national call cap
  • Excess minutes are charged at the applicable Anytime international and national per-minute rate if a call exceeds our two-hour Anytime call cap
  • You can check if the mobile number you're calling is on the Telecom network FREE. Simply text the mobile number you're checking to 300 and you'll receive a text back confirming if the number is on the Telecom network.
  • As a Telecom Anytime customer, you may continue to enjoy our other advertised calling specials, which are available to Telecom residential calling customers
