If you use My Favourites already, you should receive a text message from us advising what your best option appears to be, based on your calling history.
If you have My Favourites and you'd like to move to our new Smart Prepaid plan to enjoy 44c a minute calling to any NZ network, please call *333 and follow the prompts.
If you use My Favourites but are on an older 89c/min plan, you'll still save by moving to our 69c/min Pay As You Go plan. To do this you should also call *333 and listen for the appropriate message.
