Keeping an eye on your mobile balance and usage is simple – you can get access to your account and other personal services whenever it suits you.

How do I check my balance?

MyTelecom gives you access to a range of account information online.

MyTelecom

The easiest and fastest way to get access to a range of online account information including your account balance is to register for MyTelecom.  

You'll have access to:

  • your balance
  • your payment history
  • details of recent calls you've made
  • usage meters
  • online billing
  • and more

Your Telecom for mobile

Using the Your Telecom application on your mobile you can check your balance on the go, plus keep an eye on the amount of minutes, texts and data (MB's) you have used.

Your Telecom pages are free of data charges if you are viewing them on your XT mobile while in New Zealand. These pages will be identified by a green dot and/or the word 'UNMETERED' at the top of the page.

You'll have access to:

  • your balance
  • your payment history
  • your current unbilled calls
  • included mobile minutes
  • details of your mobile plan
  • usage meters for included minutes and text, data (MB) balances
  • the last 12 transactions from your mobile phone
  • Prepaid top-ups

If you do not have the Your Telecom application pre-installed on your mobile, you can also access Your Telecom by clicking the Yahoo! TWorld soft key on your mobile or the web browser on your mobile, scrolling down and selecting Your Telecom. Charges may apply to access the Yahoo! TWorld pages.

Prepaid customers

As well as the Your Telecom service, if you're on Prepaid you can call *333 or the Prepaid Helpdesk on 0800 32 32 32.
