It's easy to set up free Call Waiting on your XT mobile - just call us on *123.
How Call Waiting works
When you're talking on your mobile and a second call comes in, you'll hear a series of short beeps. If you choose to answer the new call you can put the first person on hold, and switch between the two.
Or you can be connected to both people at the same time if you have 3-Way Calling.
If you don't want to answer the new call, you can just let it go to your voicemail or whichever Call Diversion service you have set up.
