If you find your needs have changed or you'd like to add more value to your mobile plan it's easy, just choose from our Talk, Text or Data Extras.

Talk

My Favourites - choose up to three Telecom mobile or Telecom landline numbers and call them as often as you want to, day or night, for just $6 each a  month. You can buy and manage My Favourites online or you can text to add a number.

Text

You can manage your Text Boosts and Text Extras online. Depending on which plan you're on, you can select either a $10 Text Boost to boost your texts to 2500, or you can pick up a Text Extra with a bundle of 150 or 2500 texts. Alternatively you can visit us in-store or call us on *123.

Data

You can manage your Data Extras online. Depending on which plan you're on, you can select either a $20 1 GB Data Extra to give you an additional 1 GB included data, a $10 Data Boost to boost your data to 250MB or a Mobile Broadband data plan if you need even more data. If you're on an older mobile plan then you can pick up a Data Extra with 50MB, 150MB or 300MB of data, or choose to use our casual data rates.
