Video calling is fun, practical, and available on both Pay monthly and Prepaid mobile phones. You can also make video calls in New Zealand and to people overseas as well.
Video calling works for calls made between two video-capable mobiles on the XT Network, and also on overseas calls to video-capable phones in any of our international video calling destinations.

How do I get Video Calling?
If your mobile can make video calls, then it will already be set up. Just dial your contact, select 'Options', then 'Video Call'.
Add a new dimension to your phone calls
Once your call has connected just hold your phone up in front of you and you should see the person on the other end doing the same. Just don't forget to smile…
Video calls can be made from anywhere within our 3G coverage area.
The price of Video Calling is...
Less than you'd think! Even though you can't use the included minutes on your plan to make video calls, if you’re calling in New Zealand it will only cost the same as the additional minute rate on your Pay monthly plan, or 89c per minute if you're on Prepaid.
When you're making a video call to Australia it's just $1.01 per minute, or just $2.03 per minute for calls to other international video calling destinations.
