Do you have a phone or data device that you bought somewhere other than Telecom? Check below to see if it will work on the XT Mobile Network. All you need is your device identification (IMEI) number.
All mobile phones have a unique 15 digit identification known as the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number. It is usually found printed on a label in the battery compartment under the battery. On data devices you are also looking for a 15 digit number.
On most phones the IMEI number can be retrieved by keying in *#06# and the number will be displayed on screen.
