Closing our CDMA mobile network

We're closing our old mobile network known as CDMA in mid 2012. If you're a CDMA customer we'll be in touch to help make the transfer onto our new XT network easy for you.

How do I change my CDMA plan?

You can make the move to XT today by upgrading online with one of our exclusive deals, visiting your nearest Telecom store, or calling *123.

How much does it cost?

If you are currently within your contract term, charges may apply. If you are on Prepaid or your contract term has passed, it is free to change your plan once in each billable period.

What else you should know...

If you’d like to sign up to one of our fantastic XT mobile plans you will also need to buy a new phone on the XT Mobile Network.

And, if you’re already on the XT then you won’t be able to sign up for a CDMA plan.
