How you can top up your mobile
Online
Use our secure form to enter your credit card details. Then, once the voucher number is on the screen dial *333 on your mobile to get going.
By phone
Give us a call on 0800 32 32 32 and follow the voice prompts. You'll need your credit card handy.
By TEXT with mTopup
If you're a Kiwibank, TSB, or ASB Bank customer you can top up your mobile simply by sending a text.
Buy a voucher
Buy a $20, $40 or $60 Prepaid card or voucher at over 100 retail stores, dairies, or service stations and dial *333 from your mobile to top up.
Closing our CDMA mobile network
We're closing our old mobile network known as CDMA in mid 2012. If you're a CDMA customer we'll be in touch to help make the transfer onto our new XT network easy for you.
You can make the move to XT today by upgrading online with one of our exclusive deals, visiting your nearest Telecom store, or calling *123.
What else you should know...
Prepaid Top up vouchers have an expiry date so you must make sure you top up before that date. If you are a former Boost customer you can use Telecom Top Up vouchers.
