We've recently changed some things about our Prepaid Extras, how they're charged and how you manage them. If you've been an XT Prepaid customer for a while and already have an Extra you may want to learn more here.
As with any Telecom product the standard Telecom terms, conditions and charges apply. Extras are for standard national minutes, data use and national person to person texts only. The casual rate of your particular Prepaid plan applies after the included minutes, texts and/or data amount in the Extra have been used up.
Remember to have enough credit on your phone when the monthly renewal date for your Text or Data Extra comes around, so it will automatically renew. If you don't have enough credit your Text or Data Extra cannot be renewed so it is removed. When enough balance is available you can then re-subscribe to the Extra of your choice. Don't worry though, we'll prompt you before your subscription date is due so you have plenty of time to top up if necessary and won't risk the Extra being removed.
