Happy with your current T-Stick or device but want to change your plan?
No problem. If you're already using our mobile broadband network and want to change your plan, then just give us a call – we’ll be happy to help.
How do I change my plan?
To change your plan, just give us a call on *123.
How much does it cost?
If you are currently within your contract term, charges may apply. If you are on Prepaid or your contract term has passed, it is free to change your plan once in each billable period.
Which plans can I choose from?
We have a range of Prepaid and Pay Monthly plans you can change to.
What else you should know...
You can only make one change to your mobile broadband plan per calendar month (if you're on prepaid) or once per billing month (if you're on postpaid).
Charges may apply to make the change, but we'll be sure to let you know if that's the case when you give us a call.
