Broadband Assist is a tool to help you get set up and sort out the most common broadband connection and email problems, keeping you connected when you most need to be.
What else you should know...
Your computer
To use Broadband Assist your PC needs to be running Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7. Broadband Assist is up to 20MB to download and will count towards your monthly data allowance.
For remote access you will need one of the following web browsers, Internet Explorer 7, 8 or 9. Telecom Broadband Assist is not currently compatible with Apple Mac.
Remote Access helpdesk assistance
Remote Access allows our help desk to access your computer remotely so we can help solve your issue.
Important: You need to be on the phone with our help desk to use remote access. Call us on 0800 22 55 98 and when prompted start Remote Access.
