What you get
Landline and calling
Includes one My Favourites number (previously Nominated National Number) which lets you make an unlimited number of calls (up to 2 hours per call) to a Telecom Mobile or NZ landline that you nominate. You can add two more numbers for $6 each.
30GB of broadband
Ideal if you regularly browse the Internet, send emails with small attachments, buy or sell things at online auctions, watch the occasional video clip and buy a few audio tracks.
Home to mobile calls
Choose a Telecom mobile as a My Favourites or call any Telecom Mobile and pay no more than $2.50 (for up to 2 hours per call). Calls exceeding 2 hours will be charged at 39c per minute. Calls to mobiles on other networks will be charged at
48c per minute.

Set-up costs and other charges
Our Total Home packages require you to have both your broadband and landline with Telecom. Connection fees may apply.
A 12 month or no-term contract applies. If you select the no-term contract option you'll need to pay a $99 broadband connection fee and provide your own modem. If you sign up on a 12 month contract and cancel your package before the term is up, a $199 early termination fee applies.
A broadband wiring charge of $199 may apply if, for example, you have an alarm or more than 5 phone jack-points in use. There's no cost to change your broadband plan at any time, but you can only change once per calendar month.

You can also choose to add one of our calling extras to your Total Home Lite package.
