National calling terms and conditions
National Calling applies to direct dial voice calls from your home line to landlines in New Zealand, all calls are for up to 2 hours, after 2 hours you will be charged 24c per minute. Excludes calling cards 059, 0161, premium numbers (0900 and any International equivalent), calls made via Home 0800 or International 0800.
Home to national landline calling
Call any national landline for just 24c a minute and never pay more than $3.00 when you talk for up to 2 hours a call on whichever plan you choose. Standard rates apply after 2 hours.
Home to mobile calling
Call any New Zealand mobile for just 39c a minute and never pay more than $3.00 when you talk for up to 2 hours a call on whichever plan you choose. Standard rates apply after 2 hours. Does not include calls to overseas mobiles or overseas visitors roaming in New Zealand.
Fair Use Policy
Please also be advised that the Fair Use Policy applies. An indication of Fair use is averaged against customer profiles and estimated residential use of these plans. If you breach this policy we may ask you to moderate your usage. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right, without further notice, to charge you for the excessive element of your usage and/or remove the service from your account. The following uses would be considered to breach this policy – business use, automated call messaging, monitoring services, broadcast fax or outbound call centres.
Phone line connection and installation charges
In addition to the monthly fee, there’s a one-off charge for connection and wiring. What you pay depends on what needs doing:
