Moving house?

Change your address but stay with us – it’s simple to take your phone and broadband with you when you shift.

The only thing we need to check is whether the house you’re moving to already has a phone connection and whether you can get broadband there.

Generally speaking, it’s best to let us know you’re moving at least three working days before you go. This will give us the time to get things organised for you.

Register your move now

Register your move online at least three working days before you go, or call our Home Move team on 123.

Either register online or call us on 123 with the following details:

  • The Telecom Account number of your existing landline
  • Your new street address
  • Dates for when you are leaving your current address and when you will move into your new address
  • All your existing services and any new ones you'd like to set up when you move

Moving to a new house?

If you're moving to a new house - or to a house which hasn't had a phone line before - it's a good idea to give us as much notice as you can. That way we can complete any additional work that might be needed to connect you.

What else you should know...

We won't be able to fully confirm you can get broadband at your new place until after you move in. This is because occasionally factors such as distance from the telephone exchange or the technology used in the area may mean that we are unable to deliver Telecom Broadband to a particular phone line or address. If this happens, we will contact you when we are processing your request.

Connection charges may apply. For more details please call us on 123.

If you're not sure which of our plans or packages might suit you best, you can call us on 123 to talk through your options.
