This form is for Postpaid customers to order Text and Data Boosts or Extras

Before you start you must

  • Be the Telecom account holder or authorised to make changes
  • Be on an eligible mobile plan
  • Allow up to 5 days for any Boosts and Extras to be added to your account
  • Understand that by submitting this form you will replace any previous Text and Data Boosts or Text and Data Extras that you have on your account
  • Use our online form if you want to add, change or remove your My Favourites

Before making any changes to your mobile account, we need to check you are in possession of the handset. To do this, we will send you a code by text message to your mobile. You will need to enter this code on the next screen.
