Say goodbye to paper bills

With Your Telecom, you also get access to Online Bill. You’ll be able to see your last 18 bills, in pdf format, conveniently stored in one place.

You’ll continue to receive a paper bill, but if you’re keen to reduce paper clutter you can choose to stop your paper bill. Instead we’ll send you an email when your online bill is available, with the amount outstanding and the date it’s due. Simply select "Online Bill Options" from the left hand menu and follow the instructions.

Online Bill

Online Bill is an area of Your Telecom that enables you to access electronic copies of your Telecom bill. You can view, print and download your bills and have access to 18 months of billing history.

With Online Bill you have the option to sign up to an email notification that tells you when your new bill is ready, the amount outstanding and when it’s due. Reducing paper clutter and more environmentally friendly.
