Can I get Spark eSIM on a phone from another provider?
Yes, you can get Spark eSIM on a phone from another provider. However, we can't guarantee eSIM will be supported on these devices. Visit a Spark store so the team can help you out. Find a Spark store
What happens to my existing SIM card when I get eSIM?
Once your eSIM has been activated, you can remove the existing SIM card. The physical SIM card can be reused in another phone with another Spark plan. You'll need to have a new plan connected to the physical SIM. It can't share the plan with your eSIM.
Can I use my phone as a dual SIM device?
Once your eSIM has been activated, you'll have the option of adding an additional SIM card. Learn more about dual SIM
Can I use eSIM on a prepaid plan with my phone?
Yes, if you have an eSIM–capable phone, you can use eSIM on a Spark prepaid plan. Go online or visit us instore to get connected. Get Spark Prepaid now
Can I use the Unlimited Wearable plan with my phone?
No, Spark’s new Unlimited Wearable plan is designed only for the Samsung Galaxy Watch, but we're looking to extend this plan to more wearable devices in the near future.
If I have two mobile numbers and move one to my eSIM–capable phone, does my second connection need to be with Spark?
No, your second connection can be connected to any service provider, whether it's prepaid or pay monthly.
How to transfer my existing SIM to an eSIM?
To keep your connectivity safe from fraud, please visit a store with your photo ID to transfer your number from a physical SIM to an eSIM. Find a store
